When we start our day from a place of gratitude everything flows and we generate happiness and fulfilment.

 

Gratitude for all we have and all we are.

 

Starting your day or ending your day by journaling a few things you are grateful for and being thankful for all that you have and all that you are is a great daily habit to get into to contribute to your overall health.

 

This is a simple, A5 sized 100 page, blank sheet journal so you can write freely and draw (if you are that way inclined) without the restrictions of lines.
